This Week

We’re continuing our Purple series at Midweeks this Thursday! Chad will be joining us for the night and sharing God’s view on sexuality and intimacy. From the stage, we’ll keep it fairly broad and allow the small groups to expand on what best fits their group. Students will also have the chance to submit any questions about our series to be answered on Sunday.
On Sunday, we’ll be hearing from a panel of leaders and how they’ve learned to honor the Lord through their physical relationships and any questions submitted from students.

Looking for a way to get your student connected? How about an easy way for your child to invite a friend? City Search is the event you’re looking for!

We’re throwing our BEST costumes on and running around Scripps Ranch in an epic photo scavenger hunt! There will be food, games, prizes, and a costume contest! The event will run from 7:00pm tp 9:00pm with drop off and pick up at the Cove. Cost is only $5 per person!

CAMP SIGN UPS BEGIN SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD.

This year, we’re headed to Thousand Pines Camp and we could not be more excited! Students will hear from a great speaker, have a blast during worship, and connect with their leaders and peers through all the incredible activities offered through the weekend. Check out this video teaser of the theme for camp this year Thousand Pines and get ready to send your student FEBRUARY 7-9.

Service Opportunity: We are looking for some drivers that would want to help get some of our City Heights friends to the Cove on Wednesdays. We only have 8 Wednesdays left in the year that we are trying to fill. The students you are helping are actually refugees from other countries so it is really hard for them to get around and have made some deep connections at Canyon Springs through our amazing scholarship opportunities for camps. They have been to our camps and have made great connections with kids here and their leaders. We want to continue to help these kids stay in the orbit of Gods Spirit and all the great stuff that is going on at Canyon Springs. If this is tugging on your heart you can sign up HERE to help transport some students. You can sign up to pick up, drop off or both.
