Zack started working with Canyon Springs in the beginning of June 2024 as a youth intern. He began to be involved with Canyon Springs’ Oasis Youth Group starting in June 2022. He will be a part of the two-year intern program that CSC offers. He is eager to reach the lost people in his community, especially the youth. He believes that if the people of God do not share the truth of Jesus Christ to the next generation, someone else will share lies. Zack is responsible for assisting staff and working closely with our Youth Pastor Sekwohn Grondin.

I was born and raised in Fullerton, Orange County. I went to Troy High School where I played baseball and football. My baseball coach invited me to church where he was the youth pastor, his name was Sekwohn Grondin. From there, I moved to San Diego to attend Cal State San Marcos and volunteer at Canyon Springs Church for my former youth pastor Sekwohn. My calling to ministry came just around that time and as of September 2024, I will be attending Point Loma Nazarene University to pursue a degree in Theology. Now I am settling into the Scripps Ranch Community and enjoy working out, playing basketball, and beating Pastor Chad at Madden.
