Women of Canyon Springs – An Afternoon Tea Recap

Sunday afternoon could not have been more enjoyable as the Women of Canyon Springs gathered at Addy’s Bistro to enjoy tea together.  Our senses were dazzled with the amazing aromas of freshly baked scones, lemon bars, French macaroons, and brewing tea!  The table was set with fresh flowers, beautifully crafted delicious pastries, and finger sandwiches. Keeping with the topic of tea and tea cups, we talked about how Jesus is the only One Who fills our cups to overflowing.  This world tries to convince us to fill our cups with things of this world, but those things only satisfy us for a moment.

Lasting contentment is only found in Him.  The ladies enjoyed sharing about their own faith journeys, which inspired all of us.  It was a wonderful afternoon of making and strengthening relationships while enjoying a scrumptious 3-course tea!
