Women of Canyon Springs!

Canyon Springs is blessed to partner with Refuge for Women, SoCal., a non-profit, faith-based organization.  This organization provides specialized long-term care for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation. We continue to seek opportunities to walk with them in the healing process of the women participating in their program.

Book Nook – Book Drive

We all recognize the value of a book that encourages, soothes, educates, and inspires the reader. We can now share the gift of a great book with the Refuge for Women organization! Join us in our Book Nook -Book Drive!

We want to help fill a “Book Nook” with books at the Refuge for Women home. We are collecting books that provide comfort, educate or warm the heart of the readers who are participating in the Refuge for Women program — so we are looking for donations of new or like-new books!

Suggested Examples of Books:

  • Devotional Books
  • Books by authors like Max Lucado, Bob Goff
  • Chicken Soup for the Soul
  • Fiction Books
  • Photography
  • Landscapes
  • Animals

Books that one can just look at and enjoy . . . Please be sensitive to topics that might be difficult for them to read during their recovery.

Book Drop Off:

  • Sunday Service at the park
  • At The Cove
